Not Just An Ordinary Egg, Discover Our Multi Benefits!

How Do We Taste?

Odourless Whites

Intense Orange Yolk

Singapore's first odourless egg technology.

Nuyolk's egg when cooked or raw, has no fishy or ammonia smell compared to normal eggs, thanks to the special diet consisting of probiotics and 14 carefully selected herbs, including Ginseng, Dong Quai, Hawthorn, Honeysuckle Flowers, Lactobacillus and many more.

Our egg yolk has an intense orange tone, due to micro algae, Haematococcus Pluvialis and Spirulina, added to special feed diet. The yolk taste is extra thick and creamy, with an intense nutty aroma.

Egg Yolks

Thanks to a high level of natural Astaxanthin, a type of red color micro algae, Fresh Egg has a vibrant orange tone to its egg yolk.

The yolk color actually comes from what the hens eat: a diet rich in carotenoids, the natural yellow-orange pigment found in their main feed, yellow corn and our super antioxidant, Astaxanthin. No artificial color additives are allowed in chicken feed, so any orange yolks you spot come from a pure source. This color egg yolk indicates a well balanced and healthy chicken diet and an egg with excellent nutritional value. Studies shows that in order to achieve this orange color yolk, a hen's health need to be in an optimum state. Healthy hens = Happy Hens!

Besides the yolk being orange, the texture of the egg yolk is thick and syrupy, contributed by the high Omega 3 Fatty Acids profile. An especially high level of alpha linolenic acid due to flaxseed oil in the hens diet, lends a special nutty intense aroma. Nothing compares!

Odourless Technology

Has anybody heard of odourless eggs? Not many.

The normal eggs have a distinct ammonia or fishy smell that goes undetected in untrained taste buds.

Some are unaware of this fact, the smell is definitely in there, but because odourless egg technology is so new in the market that, people generally accepts the fishy smell inherent in eggs as normal, and how an egg should smell or taste like.

The main odour compound, Trimethylamine found in normal eggs occurs naturally as a result of diet fed which may consists of fish meals or due to sanitary conditions of the hen's living environment.

Nuyolk Fresh Eggs effectively reduce this odour down to undetectable levels, less than 2.6mcg/g, with our special blend of herbs and probiotics that purifies and boosts the immunity of our laying hens.

Odour Test:

Raw Eggs:

Crack a normal egg into a bowl.

Now smell the shell.

Crack open Nuyolk Fresh egg into a bowl.

Smell the egg shells.

Unconvinced? Now proceed to smell the eggs from the bowl.

Cooked Eggs:

Cook the eggs in any method prefer. Hard boiled, soft boiled or sunny side up. Have a bite of each repeatedly, and observe the odourless taste difference in Nuyolk Fresh Eggs.

We regret to inform you that, once your taste bud is trained, its hard to accept normal eggs again, the odour found in normal egg can be offensive.
