What are the timings of the centre for Qpro Users? Can I stay later than the standard timings?


The standard business hours are included in this package i.e., 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday- Saturday. For any special request, connect with us at qpro@qdesq.com.




Where will I be seated?


You will be asked to take a place as per the community manager’s discretion and availability at the respective center. Types of seats - Open Workstation, Lounge Space, Business pods, Phone Booths, Ideation Area and other Open/Collaborative Spaces.




Can I get a refund?


Yes, a refund request can be raised within 24 hours of the booking.




How many team members from my company can use Qpro?


Maximum 5 seats can be purchased per company.




Am I assured a place at the centre?


Yes. If there is no space available at the moment for that center, we will refund your full money within two banking days.




Is parking included in the offering?


No, parking space is not included in the package.




Can I bring my team member(s) or invite guests for a meeting?


Yes, we understand, business growth needs continuous meetings, and all our centers have meeting rooms. Feel free to book and use (chargeable basis). If you have a lot of meetings in the calendar, connect with our team at Qpro@qdesq.com and allow them to design a custom package for you.




Can I transfer my Qpro Pass?


No, it’s non-transferable.




Can I claim GST credit?


Yes, please fill your GST details while booking.




Can I use the address for correspondence?


Yes, you can access the center for correspondence.




Can I participate in the community/networking events at the centre?


Yes, and we look forward to seeing you in the next event.
